WoW Item Upgrades

More commonly referred to as "upping"--are items and enchantments that can be put on weapons and armor pieces, increasing their power. These upgrade components increase the level gauge of an item by a certain amount of points. The cost of these upgrades increases depending on their rarity.

A perfectly made version of this armor is highly prized in the melee PvP community for its ability to limit weapon damage.

Type-restricted upgrades

Upgrades are a vital component of the equipment crafting process. They can improve an item's stats as well as make it stronger or less durable, and even give it an additional benefit. Requirements

The Item Upgrader Kit upgrades in WoW allows players to increase the level of their weapons, equipment and trinkets above their current item upgrader mod level by using specific Mists Of Pandaria or Warlords Of Draenor resources.
