Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any money wasted won't get compensated.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on an item, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To make them, you require a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is to be rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not affect the item level upgrade's longevity. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are several ways to acquire the stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item level upgrade at a time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a particular number of items to be added and an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium and the number of Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item as well as the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade item.

Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
