Path of Exile Item Upgrading

In Path of Exile, item upgrading is one of the best ways to upgrade your gear without relying on massive drops or trade. This article will help you understand how to upgrade your gear.

Upgrading equipment grants an additional bonus to the item's base stats. This bonus scales depending on the rarity and level of the upgrade component.

Components

Upgrade components can make your armour and weapons stronger. They can be obtained by destroying enemies, finding them in spheres of items or buying them from karma merchants.
