The seat and carrycot both have hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are strong and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams that can be blown back into toddlers faces.

It does not have much storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a change bag or plenty of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for babies that weigh up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller with you on the go.
